your paper:
The IEEE has provided Microsoft
Word and LaTeX templates with standard two-column IEEE conference format
(note: the IEEE format has been changed recently). Please download the

Note: The text in the Word templates
contain valuable information regarding layout, spelling and grammar.
It is recommended that you make two copies of the file after downloading:
one to read, and one to cut and paste your text into. To use the template
for formatting your manuscript, type or cut and paste over the existing
text in the template. Then, select the area you want to format, and
choose the style you want from the Styles list, located in the toolbar
next to the Fonts list (if you don't see either list, click View ->Toolbars,
and select "Formatting".)
If you do not use Microsoft Word
or LaTeX, you can download a PDF sample manuscript and Format Definition
Table as guides for layout. Please try to approximate the format of
the template as closely as possible, and observe the 7-page length limit.
While strict adherence to this format is not necessary at the time of
initial submission, this would be required at the time of final submission,
if your paper is accepted.
